It is one of the top 5 killers in the USA .. might even be #1 or #2 .. i don't recall .... prevention is key & that mostly has to do with diet .... no GMO's etc ... no meat & dairy ... go organic ... I think I might just throw that on my blog as well. Very good visual. I got a flu shot once, got sick for two days, and thought phooey. I'll just risk the real flu.
